Seasoned Sales Reps Wanted
Goodway Group of Massachusetts, Inc. seeks one or more seasoned print sales professionals who can deliver immediate results. Candidate would work with the current sales team, marketing and client services, to better service their existing client base while targeting new opportunities. Goodway Group is a leading - edge digital communications company serving the high tech, higher ed, pharma, financial and other industries. Our web-to-print and cross-media applications are run on industry-leading software platforms. Our offset and digital production operation is supported by comprehensive bindery, mailing, kitting and fulfillment services - all in-house. Our digital footprint is mirrored by our Washington, DC operation and together we can generate over half a million impressions of static or variable color in a 24-hour period.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop new business leads by aggressively prospecting and qualifying potential new accounts.
Close new leads, and provide assistance with new customer start up phase.
Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
Cross-sell offset/digital product line to existing client base.
Identify opportunities for adding value and cross-selling of organizational products / services to established accounts.
Partner with management to develop new business ideas/programs to increase revenue and improve efficiencies.
Develop long-term business relationships with customers/clients.
Provide on-going input on pricing strategies by understanding customer needs, the competition and market price points.
Enhance the company's image and presence in the marketplace
QUALIFICATIONS:
5 + years of print sales experience with a proven track record of increasing sales.
Proven track record of creating and maintaining strong business relationships with C-level executives.
Strong leadership and innovation skills.
Consultative sales approach.
Thorough understanding of the Marketing Services industry, including digital print, finishing, fulfillment, and web-solutions.
Strong project and time management skills with the ability to meet assigned timelines.
Confident, articulate speaking and presentation skills.
Self-starter capable of working independently and in team settings.
Competence in Excel, Word and Power Point.
